Koh Bida Nok is like its sister island Koh Bida Nai, this island is inhabited only by swallows, sea eagles and a rallying point for divers coming from Phi Phi and Phuket for the diversity of marine life.

On the Eastern face, is a drop off with a sandy bottom which drops from 7m to 25 m. It's reachable for all divers, from DSD to experienced diver.
You'll be amazed by the richness of marine life. The coral heads at the depth of 25m are full of life and surprises, especially in the south east area. You can find all the range of tropical fish: Trigger fish, Lion fish, Emperor Angel fish, Moray eels, Parrot fish, Mantis shrimps, Ghost pipe fish, nudibranches... Photographers and macro lovers will be ravished.

The West side of the island is more suitable for experienced divers. it's a drift dive north/south or south/north depending on tides. The north area is a wall covered by mostly different species of sea fans and soft corals. The cracks in the wall hide a lot of surprises: Sea horses, many species of morray eels, and nudibranches...Think to look into the blue, tuna and trevallies are hunting, especially at the north point. If you are lucky, you can spot whale sharks around the island. On the sandy bottom, some zebra sharks are resting.

This dive site is well known and crowdy. Boats from Phi Phi and Phuket come here every day. The best way to enjoy Koh Bida Nok is to schedule it on a liveaboard. You'll be the first one in the water.
